#2.  The World Is Controlled By Secret Societies

One of the more interesting theories is that the world, as we know it, is ruled by a selected few people, organized in secret societies.

The rest of us are no more than small toy soldiers in their game, part of some grand scheme we are unaware of. There are many societies, and most share an agenda of ruling the world at some point or another.

One of the more popular societies, for example, is the 18th century originated Illuminati.

They are supposedly all over the place, and nowadays consist of bankers, government officials, leaders, businessmen and media owners. They are said to have great influence, and ultimately claim to control the fate of the world. Their ultimate goal is to have a one-world government, which will be controlled by them, as well as one world currency, and ownership of all land, property, resources and people. They are said to have ties with other societies, such as The Order of Skull and Bones – One of the oldest student secret societies in the United States.

It was founded in 1832 and similar to the Illuminati, membership was open to an elite few. like back in the day, traditional rituals are still carried out, and members meet every Thursday and Sunday of each week in a building they call the “Tomb”. Among the many conspiracy theories built on this society only, a very interesting one says that the CIA was built on members of the group.
